    Legit saved my fitness journey..i don’t skip legs but for the past year I’ve had an issue. I did the side that was giving me problems and oh my freaking god! It was painful and felt great at the same time. So much release ..have to do this every day obviously on both sides. I think this will be the release of the tightness with constant work. This is it!! Finally I found something. The sitting knee to chest was freaking so painful lol. That’s the one

    I have a hard time stretching my hamstrings. I always feel it more, in a weird and uncomfortable way, in my calves. I even stretched them 3 minutes each on the stairs prior to the routine. Any other tips?

    When I squat especially with weights my one side of my hip drops (L side) but it doesn’t hurt. I don’t even notice it until I looked in the mirror. I’ve been trying to stretch and it’s my second day with this video. Will this help fix my hip drop? Any tips?

    for the cossack squat, is it a problem if I can't put my foot (the one I put my weight on) entirely on the ground? Because I always end up on the ball of my foot, and if I try to put down the heel as well I lose balance... (same goes if I try to crouch into a korean squat for example, I can't put my entire sole, I end up on tiptoes). What can I do? Is there a way to "correct" this?
